About This Project

GREENHILL completed the documentation for a newly constructed playground within the City of Unley. The Katherine Street Reserve is a local community park constructed on vacant land in the heart of the suburb of Fullarton.

Katherine Street Reserve combines proprietary play items with nature play based elements such as mounding, a sand pit with stepping logs, a ‘forest’ and rock seating. An exciting community space has been created and further enhanced with interpretive signage elements aimed at children, designed in conjunction with Studio Pinata.

GREENHILL completed the concept design, documentation for tender and construction and gave advice throughout the construction phase to the City of Unley.
